let's get lit

We are honored that you have chosen us to be a part of your wellness journey. To make sure you get the most out of your full-sensory candle experience, we recommend you follow these tips.

  • Trim wick to 3/16 inches before lighting every time
  • Light wick across the candle as opposed to only one end to ensure an even burn
  • Allow wax to fully melt across the entire diameter of your candle on the first burn

natural beauty

Because we create our candles using 100% soy wax and wooden wicks, here's some things you may notice while enjoying your Phoenix Candle. But don't worry, this is completely normal and showcases its natural beauty.

Low Flame - Wooden wicks burn differently than traditional cotton wicks. So instead of experiencing a slim taller flame, our wicks will burn with a wide low flame which also results in a beautiful and soothing crackling sound.

Frosting - Frosting is the formation of tiny crystals on the surface of natural wax. Since we use 100% soy wax, you may notice frosting appear over time. However, this has no impact on how your candle smells or burns.

Wax Discoloration - Since our candles are dye-free, it is completely normal to notice that the wax's color will change has you continue to burn it over time.

Just like in life, things happen! Should you encounter the unexpected listed below, here's a tip on how to get you back on track.

Tunneling - Candles have muscle memory so it is super important that you allow the wax to fully melt across the entire diameter of your candle on the first burn and every time thereafter.

Uneven Burn - Keep your candle away from drafts and make sure it is placed on an even surface.

Thankfully should you encounter either of the situations, simply wrap a piece of aluminum foil around the edges and let the candle burn until all the wax has melted.
